Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, E-mail: xadjibayev.86@mail.ru
Abstract. Background. Promising natural minerals for softening and purifying industrial and waste waters are bentonite, vermiculite, kaolinite, glauconite, which have fairly high performance characteristics. The presence of deposits with reserves of these minerals creates the prerequisites for their study to obtain sorption materials.
Purpose: comparison of samples of glauconite minerals from different deposits and selection among them suitable for processing.
Methodology. Objects - samples of glauconite raw materials from Parkent, Bukhara and Karakalpak deposits. Their chemical and mineralogical analysis was carried out, and their fractional composition was determined.
Originality. It was determined that the main part of the glauconite mineral (50-55%) is in fractions of 0.08-0.125 mm. The optimal raw material is a sample of the mineral glauconite from the Parkent deposit; it contains relatively more potassium, which is exchanged with other cationic forms of metals in the process of sorption.
Findings. Based on the study of glauconite samples from the Parkent, Bukhara and Karakalpak deposits, it has been established that the composition of the samples from the Parkent and Bukhara deposits is relatively close. It was determined that samples of fractions below 0.125 mm, which contain more of the main mineral, are most suitable for processing. A suitable deposit was selected for obtaining an environmentally friendly adsorbent by processing the glauconite mineral.
Key words: natural minerals, glauconite, thermal analysis, fraction, enrichment, sorbent.
Highlights:
- the chemical and mineralogical compositions of the glauconite mineral of three deposits have been determined;

OPTIMIZATION OF THE AGROCHEMICAL POTENTIAL OF IRRIGATED SEROSEM BY APPLICATION OF PHOSPHORIC SLOW-RUNNING FERTILIZERS
Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Abstract. Background. At present, in chemical and agricultural science, the concept of using specialized fertilizers designed for specific climatic conditions and crops is being developed, with the aim of: 1. applying the best form of fertilization (Right Source); 2. in the optimal dose (Right Rate); 3. in the required time frame (Right Time); 4. in the most appropriate way (Right Place). Taking into account the 4R-strategy, scientists of the Institute of National Economy and Development of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan are developing single and complex fertilizers intended for irrigated agriculture in sierozem conditions, taking into account the high biological activity of soils and the accelerated transformation of nutrient NPK elements.
Prolonged fertilizers provide a slower and more gradual release of nutrients into the soil solution, which reduces the rate of circulation of macronutrients, minimizing their losses and increasing the utilization rate.
Purpose: Determination and comparison of the agrochemical efficiency of new prolonged phosphorus single and complex fertilizers, their effect on the growth, development and yield of cotton, as well as the dynamics of the content of humus, mobile and gross forms of phosphorus and nitrogen in irrigated typical gray soil.
Methodology: The selection and analysis of soil samples was carried out from the arable horizon during the periods of the main phenological phases of the development of cotton plants. Harvesting, phenological observations, descriptions and counts in the experiments were carried out in accordance with the methods of NIISSiAVKh. The content of total and available nitrogen N total was studied in the soil; NH4+ and NO3-; P total and P2O5; carbon (humus). Statistical and correlation analysis was carried out using STATISTICA.10 and Excel (Data Analysis package).
Originality. For the first time, the influence of new slow-dissolving single and complex phosphorus fertilizers on the development of plants and the yield of cotton, as well as the content of gross and mobile forms of macroelements in dynamics by the phases of plant development has been shown, relationships and dependences of the agrochemical regime of the soil and indicators of plant productivity have been revealed.
Findings. It was found that the use of slow-dissolving single and complex phosphorus fertilizers, due to the altered properties of the granules, reduces the intensity of mineralization of N- and P-compounds, optimizing nutrition and accelerating the development of plant organs (by 7.4 and 3.7%), which is expressed in the formation a greater number of fruit elements and, accordingly, an increase in yield (by 14.4 and 16.3% compared to the control).
The slow-acting properties of fertilizers make it possible to provide plants with adequate nutrition without excess and, accordingly, without loss of macronutrients, and to achieve a positive balance in nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil with an increase in yield.
Key words: prolonged action, fertilizers, phosphorus, nitrogen, transformation, typical gray soil, harvest, cotton
Highlights:
- the use of fast- and slow-dissolving fertilizers has features of the use of phosphorus and nitrogen by cotton under irrigation conditions;
- a decrease in the rate of transformation of macronutrients contributes to an increase in soil fertility and an increase in productivity, providing adequate nutrition for the plant in the current growing season and determining the potential reserve for the next season;
- the contribution of macronutrients to the formation of the vegetative and reproductive mass of plants is shown, close interrelationships and dependences of the agrochemical regime of the soil and the growth of cotton are shown.

Abstract. Background. Modern science of Uzbekistan has a tendency to establish a close cooperation with real sectors of the economy. Such cooperation is particularly important for agriculture. Nowadays when because of an ecological situation and climate changes productivity of agricultural plants is gradually decreased it is essential to suggest new fertilizers and growth stimulators. Our group is conducting a systematic research in order to elaborate stimulators on the base of metal complexes. We are using well known auxin 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate (2,4-D) for preparation of the new coordination compounds.
Purpose. The purpose of the current investigation is to obtain metal complex containing 2,4-D and also effective plant growth agent MEA with further determination the structure of the synthesized compound.
Methodology. X-ray crystallography at room temperature using an Xcalibur R Oxford Diffraction automated diffractometer was main structure determination method.
Originality. The supramolecular complex has been obtained and its crystal structure and molecular characteristics have been determined for the first time.
Findings. A novel supramolecular compound with a participation of the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate (2,4-D) complex molecule [Ni(2,4-D)2(H2O)4], free 2,4-D ligand, monoethanolamine (MEA) and crystallization water molecules has been synthesized. The structure of the synthesized complex is determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method as {2[Ni(2,4-D)2(H2O)4]•(MEA)•2(2,4-D)•4H2O}. The crystal structure of the supramolecular complex {2[Ni(2,4-D)2(H2O)4]•(MEA)•2(2,4-D)•3H2O} is complicated. Besides coordination to metal atom two 2,4-D ligand molecules occupy outer coordination sphere. One MEA molecule is displaced from inner sphere despite of its high chelating capability. In order to associate these three components by H-bonds 4 water molecules participate in the crystal structure. In result of complicated system of intermolecular H-bons 3-D supramolecular network is formed.

OBTAINING COMPLEXES OF CERTAIN PHYTOHORMONES WITH GLYCIRRIZIC ACID
1Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry AS of Uzbekistan, 2 National University Uzbekistan, E-mail: saydullayeva2018@mail.ru
Abstract. Background. Demographic indicators of the population, as well as the demand for food and agricultural products, are growing day by day, which in turn requires large-scale cultivation of high-quality agricultural products. The role of phytohormones in the cultivation of high-quality agricultural crops and their high yields is great. Today all phytohormones are imported.
Purpose of work. Obtaining supmolecular complexes of some phytohormones hardly soluble in water with glycyrrhizic acid and studying their structure using optical spectroscopy.
Methodology. From technical glycyrrhizic acid, the triammonium salt of GA was obtained, then the monoammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid (MASGA) was obtained from it, then GA was obtained by acid hydrolysis of MASGA. Supramolecular complexes of GA with phytohormones: 3-indolylbutyric acid (IBA) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) in a ratio of 2: 1, 5: 1, 9: 1 were obtained. Infrared (IR) spectra of the obtained substances were obtained on a Perkin Elmer-10.6.1 spectrometer (USA) in the range of vibrations of 400–4000 cm-1, and ultraviolet (UV) spectra were obtained on a Shimadzu 12.80 spectrophotometer (Japan).
Originality. For the first time supramolecular complexes of GA with some phytohormones have been obtained, some physico-chemical constants have been determined and their structure has been studied.
Findings. Supramolecular complexes of GA with phytohormones - IBA and BAP in various ratios were obtained by a known method. Some of their physicochemical constants have been determined. By comparing the UV and IR spectra of the starting compounds and complexes, conclusions are drawn about the interactions due to which the complexes are formed.
Key words: glycyrrhizic acid, supramolecular complex, phytohormone, 3-indolylbutyric acid, 6-benzylaminopurine.
Highlights:
- molecular complexes of phytohormones (IBA, BAP) obtained with GA;
- spectral properties (UV, IR) of the obtained complexes were studied.
